Derby Leprosarium

LOCATION: Bungarun Rd, Derby

DESCRIPTION: Also known as Bungarun, this government run home was opened after an interim report by the Moseley Royal Commission. It housed 90 patients from the Aboriginal hospital in Derby and was later given over to the management of the Catholic Sisters of St John of God.
