LOCATION: Eastern shore of Collier Bay
DESCRIPTION: Around 700 Aboriginal people were said to have frequented this reserve by 1927, including children. Originally managed by the government, it was transferred to the Presbyterian Church in late 1940. The negotiations were delayed by the onset of WWII, until 1949. It was also known as Avon Valley Cattle Station.
